Creekside Weddings

All couples are welcome to wed at Creekside Gathering Place . We offer a small full service wedding package perfect for a simple gathering of up to 20 family and friends. We have planned and will manage a lovely event that will meet all of your needs so all you have to do is show up.

We also have an ‘a la carte style’ where you can choose just what you need and we offer a simple facility rental for a ‘do it yourself’ wedding. Whatever path you choose, we would be honored if you let us host your small wedding.

Small Wedding Package for $3,750

Facility: All of the facility is available to you and your guests for 2 hours. This includes two dressing areas, a reception area, an outdoor arbor for the service, multiple porches and a campfire ring for chilly days. The barn has air conditioning and heat for your comfort in any weather. In case of inclement weather, the service will be held inside the barn.

Wedding Planner: Our wedding planner will work closely with you before, during, and even after the event to best organize and remember your day. She can manage any special needs you might have, and she can troubleshoot as needed. During the wedding she shepherds each step of the event so that all can enjoy the experience without worry.

Officiant: The officiant will work with the couple ahead of time to personalize the service as desired. After the service the couple will choose two witnesses and altogether sign the marriage license.

Photographer: The photographer will work with the couple ahead of time to outline specific wishes and will also take candid shots throughout the event. At least 50 fully edited photos will be made available within 3-4 weeks of the service.

Flowers: All flowers will be provided by the venue. The design will be based on current wildflowers in bloom or cultivated flowers from local gardens. This includes vases of flowers in the venue, bouquet(s) and boutonniere(s) for the wedding couple.

Cake: A delicious, layered cake by Bluchem Bakery is beautifully decorated with buttercream icing. You may choose from 3 flavors. It will serve 22 with leftovers.

Beverages: Guests will enjoy sparkling beverages, wine and water, to celebrate the newly married couple.

Music: A playlist of your choosing.

Decorating: We rely on the beautiful surroundings to serve as the decorations but let us know if you have a special request. There is an additional $75 for set-up and clean-up of personalized decorations.

Our Gift to You: Each couple will receive a uniquely designed, handmade gift from Creekside Gathering Place.

Additional Time: If you need more than 2 hours you may add an additional hour for $500.

‘A La Carte’ Style Wedding

Starting at $2,850 this package includes:

Facility for 20 guests for 2 hours

The barn has air conditioning and heat for your comfort in any weather. In case of inclement weather, the service will be held inside the barn.
Wedding Planner

‘Do it Yourself’ Style Wedding

In this option you make your own wedding in our beautiful space. A host will be on site during your event.

Facility – $1,000 per hour accommodating up to 20 guests. This is the minimum cost.

This includes two dressing areas, a reception area, an outdoor arbor for the service, multiple porches and a campfire ring for chilly days. The barn has air conditioning and heat for your comfort in any weather. In case of inclement weather, the service will be held inside the barn.
